'Virtual' Books & Brews September 15, 2020

Irish poet and theologian, Pádraig Ó Tuama, author of In The Shelter: Finding a Home in the World, was our guest for a Virtual Books & Brews, September 15, 2020.

You can watch on demand on Facebook where we discussed the various meanings of the word, "shelter," and how we accept and welcome what life presents, plus the power story brings to our understanding of a troubled world.

This is a special Books & Brews was made possible in collaboration with Eastern Mennonite University, presenting many other event opportunities with Pádraig Ó Tuama.

WMRA's Books & Brews series is sponsored by Gaines Group Architects. The Gaines Group has offices in Charlottesville and Harrisonburg.

Signed copies of "In the Shelter" are available from Stone Soup Books. Note, a small number of books are available now, but the book is being re-released by a new publisher in the U.S. and most orders may not ship until late February, 2021.

While this was a virtual gathering, we deeply appreciate our ongoing partnership with Pale Fire Brewing Company, and will return to holding our events at the taproom once it is safe to gather in person.
