Listen to WMRA & WEMC on your Smart Speaker

Simply saying "Play WMRA" or "Play WEMC" should direct your smart speaker to play our stream through TuneIn.

If you have an amazon device (Echo/Alexa) we encourage you to say “Enable the WMRA Skill” – which will then allow you to then say “Play WMRA” and have it connect to our stream directly.

You can also do this for WEMC, “Enable the WEMC Skill” will then allow you to then say “Play WEMC” and have it connect to our stream directly.

Another alternative method to hear WMRA is to say "Play NPR" and when prompted, say “WMRA.” If your "Play NPR" request does not go to WMRA, you should be able to change your station by saying, "Ask NPR to change my station." You can also specify WMRA up front by saying, "Ask NPR to play WMRA."

Once you designate WMRA as your preferred NPR station using this method, you don't have to do it the next time you say "Play NPR" - it will default to WMRA.
