CANCELED - WMRA Books & Brews April 14 & 15, 2020

Unfortunately, Due to Virginia's current 'Stay at Home' order and continued concerns about spreading COVID-19, our April 2020 Books & Brews featuring Bill Geroux discussing his book, The Ghost Ships of Archangel has been canceled. 

An extraordinary story of survival and alliance during World War II: the icy journey of four allied ships crossing the Arctic to deliver much needed supplies to Soviet war effort.

William Geroux wrote for the Richmond Times-Dispatch for twentu-five year. His writing has appeared in The New Your Times, Associted Press, and various regional magazines. He is a native of Washington,DC, and a graduate of College of William and Mary, he lives in Virginia Beach, VA. He featured in our Books & Brews sereis before discussing his book The Matthews Men

 

Martin was born and raised in Lenkisem, Kajiado County, Kenya. He moved to the US in 2013 to attend James Madison University where he studied Integrated Science and Technology with a concentration in Information and Knowledge Management.
