WMRA/WEMC Digital Member Card
For many years, WMRA has sent out the WMRA Membercard to those who donate at least $60 annually and is known primarily for 2-for-1 restaurant discounts. The MemberCard is now DIGITAL.
The WMRA MemberCard is now Digital. As part of your membership, in addition to all the same local 2-for-1 dining and merchant discounts, you now have access to a large selection of discounts on dining, shopping, attractions, travel and more across the U.S.!
Digital MemberCards are distributed by email within two weeks of processing your contribution. You’ll receive an email with your personal access code for the MemberCard app to unlock the whole world of MemberCard benefits. Digital access saves postage, paper, and plastic, and ensures that more of your donation goes to great programming.

What is a WMRA-WEMC Digital MemberCard?The WMRA Digital MemberCard is primarily known for providing 2-for-1 dining at about 110 Virginia Restaurants. Additionally, there are discounts and deals for Arts and Attractions, Sports and Recreation, Home and Garden, Green Businesses, Golf, Pets, Health and Wellness, Wineries and Breweries, and Bed and Breakfast Lodging. There are also exclusive Benefits of the Month. Your membership dollars help pay for the programming you enjoy, and our partners give you something back in return. It's a "win-win" situation for everybody. Just present your MemberCard App & you'll receive a significant discount, usually 2-for-1.
Are all of the restaurants 2-for-1, and how does that work?Check our restaurant listings for specifics on each restaurant's offer. Generally, when you order two or more dinners or entrees, the least expensive dinner or entree will be deducted from your check. You may use the MemberCard once at each participating restaurant. Simply present your MemberCard when paying your check to receive your free entree; the restaurant will mark out its assigned number on the back of your card.
Are all of the attractions and events 2-for-1, and how does that work?Check our area attractions and events listings or those in your printed directory for details on each attraction's offer to MemberCard holders. You may use your MemberCard once at each participating attraction unless specified otherwise. Redemption for most attractions are made at the box office and are not available through TicketMaster or other third party vendors.
What is the deal with B&Bs?About ten Virginia B&Bs and inns will give you a second consecutive night's free lodging. There may be seasonal or weekend restrictions at some places. One use of the MemberCard will easily exceed your basic WMRA or WEMC membership contribution.
On what value should the tip be figured?For satisfactory service, please tip the standard 20% of the total check BEFORE ANY DEDUCTION IS MADE.
Is the MemberCard honored on holidays or for specials?The MemberCard is NOT VALID ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS, including New Year's Eve and Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, President's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Day. Unless the specific offer allows it, the MemberCard is not valid for children's plates or appetizers, or in conjunction with other specials offered at the same time, such as Early Bird Specials, Blackboard Specials, etc.

What should I do if a restaurant does not honor my MemberCard?Should any problems arise with any of your MemberCard benefits, or if you are aware of a restaurant wishing to participate in the MemberCard program, please call (800) 677-9672 during business hours and ask for Scott Lowe.
