The High Price of Animal Feed

Harrisonburg, VA – The Federal government's mandated demand that corn ethanol production be sharply increased has sent the price of corn through the roof. The price of animal feed has soared with it. As a result, a Shenandoah Valley poultry co-operative has red ink in its balance sheet for the first time in its short, but here-to-fore profitable, history.
