"Baroque" Gem Near West Virginia?

The Handley Library looks more like something out of Vienna or Dresden than Winchester, Virginia. Architectural historian Richard Guy Wilson  is all set to participate in the Handley Library’s centennial celebration by motoring up to Winchester from Charlottesville  and giving a talk about the famous library’s history and architecture.
