I am no longer recomending Online Member Management to update your sustaining credit card information because of some difficulties that our vendor, Allegiance Software, is working on improving. I apologize for the inconvenience while we work out the bugs. 

 If you need to change your debit/credit card for any reason, please do one of the following;

1-Call me at 800-NPR-WMRA.

2-Click on "Donate" at WMRA and make a sustaining donation as if it were a new donation and I will merge it with your current giving record.

Aside from this credit card update problem, Online Member Management is great for all the other functions listed below.

If you have registered for Online Member Management and used it, we want to know what your experience with it is.  Did you like it? Did it perform as expected?  What didn't you like. Send a brief email to Scott Lowe at loweem@jmu.edu. 

With the Membership Management System, you take charge of your WMRA Membership Record.

  • Change your address or your email address
  • View your current and past donations.
  • View and print your tax deduction information

We hope giving members the ability to take care of their own changes and providing more information online is a considerable improvement.   However, we still welcome your calls and emails! And we're glad to make whatever adjustments you want.  As you support WMRA, this is your station, and we're here to help in any way possible. 

Here’s how it works:

1.  Click the sign up button below and answer a very few questions.

2.  After we match that information with your existing record (usually within 48 hours) you’ll get an email with full access to your membership account.
