Oakencroft Farm is working to become a carbon sink model for farms in our region. Working within a regenerative agriculture framework, they are using renewable energy, silvopasture, adaptive grazing management, progressive vineyard management, and hybrid winemaking to build a system where each endeavor is synergistic and betters the product each sector yields. They hope to demonstrate that restoring natural systems is not just good for the environment but also financially manageable.
