WHEN I WAS Drama Performance at Asbury United Methodist Church February 27 and 28

WHEN I WAS Drama Performance at Asbury United Methodist Church February 27 and 28

Asbury Sacred Arts presents the world premiere of WHEN I WAS, a play by Makayla Baker Paxton, on February 27 and 28 at 7:00 PM in Room 300 in Asbury United Methodist Church. WHEN I WAS tells the story of a woman who, with the help of her younger self, reflects on her teenage years. Guiding herself through her past with a lens of humor, spirituality, and oftentimes angst- the play tackles the age-old question: “What are some things you’d tell to your younger self?” WHEN I WAS invites the audience to connect with their younger selves in the midst of growing up, no matter what age. This is truly a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience. Admission is free. Donations will be collected to benefit Community Counseling Center. Join us!
