Three Notch'd Road Presents "Genius of Bach"
Three Notch'd Road opens its 13th season with two masterpieces of J.S. Bach: the Goldberg Variations arranged for string ensemble and the Fifth Brandenburg Concerto.
Featuring René Schiffer, praised for his "interpretive command and patrician command of the cello" (Cleveland Plain Dealer). Also performing are David Ross, flute; Fiona Hughes & Matvey Lapin, baroque violin; Jason Fisher, viola; Sam Suggs, bass; and Jennifer Streeter, harpischord.
