Shenandoah Valley Music Festival: Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives
Kicking off SVMF's summer concert series is country singer, musician, and songwriter Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives. Stuart is one of country music's most prolific artists, with a career spanning more than 50 years. He's won multiple Grammy Awards, has been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, and has recorded more than 20 studio albums, in addition to dozens of chart-topping hits, including "The Whiskey Ain't Workin'," "Tempted," "Little Things," and "Hillbilly Rock."
The Shenandoah Valley Music Festival is a not‐for‐profit performing arts presenter that has been bringing great music to the Valley since 1963. Each summer, SVMF presents eight to ten concerts on select weekends, featuring performing artists from a wide variety of genres. Our concert venue is an outdoor pavilion on the grounds of Shrine Mont, a beautiful, historic retreat and conference center, situated at the foot of Great North Mountain in Orkney Springs, Va. The surroundings provide a stunning backdrop for our concerts.
