Shenandoah Valley Art Center presents: Printing with your Watercolors with Joan Menard. Come play with watercolor pencils, crayons, and paint to explore the world of mono-printmaking. Learn about utilizing the secondary image that is created called a "ghost." Your image can be reworked and reprinted several times. The plate students work on is translucent so you can trace/paint over any image you bring (5x7 to 8x10 inch) This is a fun way for watercolorists to pre-test color combinations before committing to a larger piece.
