Open mic at Wizard Mode Brewcade brings Harrisonburg's creative community together! This weekly open mic night offers musicians, poets, comedians, and storytellers a welcoming place to share their talents and connect with the community. Whether you’re a seasoned performer, a first-time musician, or simply someone who enjoys discovering local talent, everyone is invited to take part.

Seeing the need for new spaces to continue the growth of Harrisonburg’s local creative scene, Wizard Mode Brewcade has started a weekly open mic to continue on the tradition of previous venues. Our goal is to create a third space for local creativity, collaboration, and community. Performers of all experience levels and musical styles are encouraged to participate, from acoustic and original music to covers, poetry, comedy, and more. Audience members are equally welcome to come enjoy an evening of local talent, support their neighbors, and discover something new.

Sign-ups start at 6:30pm and signing up is easy: arrive early to add your name to the list- first come, first served. No professional experience is necessary — just bring your creativity, your enthusiasm, and a willingness to share. Wizard Mode Brewcade provides a relaxed, community-minded setting for people to gather around the arts, games, amazing craft beer, and fellowship.
