At 2 p.m. Saturday, October 15, the Piedmont Master Gardeners and Virginia Cooperative Extension will offer “Love Food, Hate Waste,” a free Garden Basics presentation on how to reduce food waste and options for preserving food, including food from the garden. This in-person program will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, 1118 Preston Avenue in Charlottesville. Space is limited.
