Ken Ludwig's A Comedy of Tenors
Ken Ludwig's A Comedy of Tenors
It's 1936 and Henry Saunders is in Paris about to produce "the biggest concert in the history of Opera" - The Three Tenors. But wait, only two tenors, no three, now one, now four, ahhhh! Throw in a volatile Italian couple, a Russian Soprano, young lovers, old flames, mistaken identities -- what could possibly go wrong? Those who remember Ludwig's Lend Me A Tenor will be happy to reunite with Saunders, Max, Tito, and Maria in this laugh-a-minute romp.
