Honey Dewdrops Benefit Concert

Honey Dewdrops Benefit Concert

Join us for a special evening of music in support of the Arcadia Project’s renovation project at Trinity Church in downtown Staunton. On Sat, 6/27, acclaimed folk duo, The Honey Dewdrops will take the stage for an intimate benefit concert, bringing their signature blend of soulful harmonies and heartfelt storytelling. Proceeds from the event will help transform this historic space into a vibrant, flexible venue for creativity, performance, and community connection. Come be part of a meaningful night that celebrates both music and the future of a shared cultural space.

Virginia natives, Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish of The Honey Dewdrops began touring in 2009 and have highlighted the power and intimacy of two voices and two instruments in both live performances and recordings. Laura and Kagey constantly push the boundaries of their experimental folk sound—blending electric and acoustic guitars, mandolin and clawhammer banjo—while weaving in tight vocal harmonies.

No Depression says of their music “The Honey Dewdrops have a way of filling their songs with humanity, using their beautiful playing and harmonies to emphasize what connects us all.”
