Hooting for owls with Jennifer Ackerman

Charlottesville author Jennifer Ackerman has written a number of books about birds, and in her newest, she tackles the wise and mysterious owl with an investigation into why these remarkable birds exert such a hold on the human imagination. WMRA’s Chris Boros spoke with her recently and asked her why she chose to write about owls.
