Harrisonburg says it will lay off part-time staff because of the pandemic, predicting a $4 million budget shortfall this year…  Meanwhile, Governor Northam says some businesses in Virginia may be able to open by the end of next week…  In response to having to stay at home, and the empty egg section at the local grocery store, more people are getting their own chickens….
