State lawmakers from the WMRA region call for the DEQ to slow down its process for evaluating the Atlantic Coast Pipeline… meanwhile, in the wake of Charlottesville, many lawmakers, and citizens, are re-evaluating the permitting process for mass rallies, and also not just whether Confederate monuments should come down, but whether public fixtures such as schools and bridges should be renamed…
