She once produced her Baker’s Dozen Donuts in a pup tent during a hurricane.  Julie Westfall of Broadway, Va, is a professional donut chef.  And what fun we've already had with tracking down donut-related bumper music for this story.  Her enterprise's Facebook page mentioned maple-bacon donuts --along with this:  "last time you questioned our sanity... then you tasted it and were believers!"
