Nearing Session’s End?

For sixty straight days most of Virginia’s state lawmakers race from sun up to well after sundown, struggling to finish all that needs taking care of in the Commonwealth’s part-time legislature.

This year’s marathon sprint is supposed to end on March 8th.

But will it?

Medicaid is still a major sticking point.  And it could affect agreement on the entire state budget.

We examine that controversy … as well as what our legislators have already accomplished.
