Giancarlo is a true "European" pastry chef (born in Lombardy) whose career included upscale venues like The Homestead and Keswick Hall. He and wife, Jane, ran Cafe Giancarlo on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall --and now they run Giancarlo Fine European Pastries in Staunton.
