Checking in on the "Affordable Care Act"

It may not be quite as pithy as, "Read my lips... No new taxes." Yet the ten word promise, "If you like your health care... you can keep it," may well go down in history as at least as much of a presidential blunder.

Catch-phrase assurances aside, how is so-called, "Obamacare," working now?
