Biden Wins Virginia, Cline Wins Easily In The 6th - Results In Virginia

Shortly after 8:30pm Tuesday, the Associated Press declared Republican incumbent Ben Cline the winner over Democratic challenger Nicholas Betts in the 6th district, which covers much of the Shenandoah Valley.

The AP has called Virginia and its 13 electoral votes for Democrat Joe Biden over President Donald Trump.

Just after Virginia polls closed at 7pm, the AP reported that Democratic Senator Mark Warner won a third term, defeating Republican challenger Daniel Gade.

In the 5th district, which includes Charlottesville and a big swath of central Virginia, Republican Bob Good beat Democrat Cameron Webb.  Democrat Jennifer Wexton won reelection to the House seat she took from a Republican in 2018.  Wexton represents Virginia's 10th district, which covers the Winchester area and much of northern Virginia.

And as of Wednesday morning, the race between Democratic incumbent Abigail Spanberger and Republican challenger Nick Freitas in the 7th district was too close to call, with about half of the votes still uncounted.
