One Person's Voice
Community Profiles on WMRA
WMRA radio is not just about sharing information; it’s also about sharing constructive passion... whatever it is that drives certain people to do what they can for the good of the community.

Our occasional series, One Person’s Voice, exists to give a voice to such passion with the hope that their constructive energy is catching!

Public Radio is, at heart, about passing on stories that change us.

WMRA is also asking for your help in passing on these stories.

Do you have an interesting neighbor... have you heard about someone who has made a dent in a community problem... know of a creative person who has lit up the world a bit more brightly? If so, let us know about them, so their story can be heard by all.

Contact Martha Woodroof by phone at 800-677-9672 or submit suggestions wmra@jmu.edu.

At WMRA, we believe our shared experience is greatly expanded by hearing other people's stories.
